STEM LAB
The NIA Stem Lab provides bi-annual virtual workshops aimed at inspiring and engaging young people in aviation. A valid student ID is required for registration on all platforms.
VIRTUAL CAREER FAIR
The virtual Career Fair is an interactive platform with live sessions for aspiring aviators to explore learning and career opportunities in the aviation and aerospace industry.
NIA STUDENT EXCURSION
NIA provides an opportunity for secondary school students to attend the conference. The aim of the excursion is to expose students to experiences that would inspire their interest in aviation and create memories of fun.
FEMALE GRANT
NIA seeks to increase female representation in the aviation industry In line with the IATA 25 by 2025 global initiative for the aviation sector . NIA is committed to supporting women pursue aviation roles and careers with the provision of funding through grants.
